FINAL! Although we don't offer refunds, we strongly encourage you to reach out to us if you encounter any errors or issues with your order. We're always happy to assist. Please allow us 24 hours to respond to any and all emails that have been sent.


Shipping
We ONLY ship within the U.S. at this time.


When placing your order, please keep in mind that orders ship within 2-5 business days as long as there's no discrepancies regarding incorrect addresses due to missing apt, suite or unit numbers. Generally, we ship sooner, but there are instances that could result in us maintaining the shipping window previously mentioned. 

Most orders have flat shipping rates, however, a selection of items may vary and those rates are outlined on the product page. Due to reflection the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

Order policy limits: We've implemented a few security measures to protect our company and our customers. All orders over $75.00 will have to be signed for and ALL orders over $100.00 will require Facetime verification. Facetime verification is where orders over the exceeding amount ($100.00) will need to be verified via Facetime with the credit card used and identification of the card holder. If someone else's card is being used, WITH consent, they must be present during the verification. We understand your time is very valuable and we assure you, this process takes less than 60 seconds. The verification is recorded for quality and security assurance purposes. We encourage anyone needing verification to simply reach out and let us know what time works best. 24 hours after your order has been placed, if we haven't verified you--your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued. Funds could take 5-7 business days, due to and depending on your financial institution, to return to your card/account 

Lastly, please understand that if you provide an incorrect address and your order is returned, you will not receive a refund and you'll have to pay an additional shipping fee for us to reship your order, as we will be recharged.
